POSE - Event Planner

POSE is modular. That means we can deliver to you only those features you need and want at present and allow you to grow into the other features at your pace.

This page details the major components in the minimum configuration you need to get started using POSE to manage festivals and events.

Activity Schedule

Allows you to enter every task you need to assign or detail you need to track so nothing slips through the cracks.

Contact Manager

Provides a central data repository with easy access to names, addresses and other contact details for persons and organisations. Enables you to classify a record into as many groups or categories as you like.

Diary Planner View

Enables you to see a visually appealing calendar of performances colour coded according to theme or genre. This makes it easy to see where in the event calendar you may have too many of one category of event.

Event Manager

With it you can link any number of events to a festival and any number of performances to each event.

Reporting

Sydney Festival and Just For You Software created a number of reports with iReport. You can download a no-cost copy of iReport and with it you can add top the POSE menu any reports you may need.

Security

In here you can assign staff to groups and permissions to groups so staff from different departments can see only the data you specify as appropriate to their role.

Staff Contracts

With it you can record the type of engagement and rate of pay.

Venue Bookings

Allows you to track bookings at venues by status.
